A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Scope of the right of withdrawal
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers with a delivery address in Switzerland. For orders with a delivery address outside of Switzerland, particularly in EU countries, no right of withdrawal as defined in this policy is granted. Returns from abroad are only accepted on a voluntary basis and after prior consultation with us.
Policy on the return of goods
In principle, only goods that are in their original condition can be returned, meaning:
• Unused,
• unopened,
• in undamaged original packaging,
• Free from signs of use, modifications or installations.
Returns will only be accepted after inspection by SwissFPVFreestyle. If there is any doubt about the condition of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:
Lithium polymer batteries (LiPo) and other hazardous materials,
provided they have been opened, connected or put into operation.
Electronic components, modules and parts
(e.g. flight controllers, ESCs, VTXs, receivers, sensors), provided they have already been installed, soldered, configured or put into operation.
Goods whose condition cannot be objectively verified after return
or whose return poses a security risk.
Custom-made or individually assembled products.
Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For returns from abroad (outside of Switzerland), you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, processing fees, and shipping costs. We do not accept collect shipments from abroad.
replacement value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
