1. The delivery of goods is carried out regularly by mail and to the address

2. If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller,

3. The buyer is obliged to provide complete and truthful information about his

Huber SwissFPVFreestyle assumes no liability for delivery delays, non-deliveries, or lost shipments due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the buyer. This applies in particular to misspelled names, inaccurate addresses, or missing additional information (e.g., apartment number, company name, door sign).
In such cases, the risk of loss or misdelivery passes to the buyer. A replacement delivery or refund will only be issued if Huber SwissFPVFreestyle can be proven to be at fault.
According to Article 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, the buyer is liable for damages resulting from the breach of his ancillary contractual obligations, unless the seller is at fault.
By completing the order, the buyer confirms that all information provided is correct and complete and that he bears the resulting risks in case of incorrect information.
4. In principle, the risk of accidental loss and accidental

5. For self-collection, the seller will first notify the customer by email that the ordered goods are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the customer can collect the goods after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Items available immediately:
If we have the goods in stock, you will usually receive them within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
Out of stock items:
If we do not have the goods in stock and they have to be reordered from the manufacturer, the delivery time may be up to 14 working days.
We ask for your understanding for any delays.
Shipping options and costs:
A flat shipping fee of CHF 5 applies to the entire online shop. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 200 or more.

These shipping conditions apply exclusively to deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (FL).
Customs duties and import fees:
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, VAT of the recipient country, and any processing fees charged by local authorities or the transport provider may apply. These charges are borne by the buyer or recipient and are not included in the product prices, shipping costs, or the total amount at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for informing themselves about the applicable import regulations of their country and ensuring that the goods may be imported. We do not reimburse these fees.
Returns are simple and straightforward, here's how it works:
To arrange a return, please send an email to info@swissfpvfreestyle.ch . You will then receive a return label.
You will receive a PDF document via email, which you must print and affix to the package. Please be sure to include the order number of the returned item(s) in your request. This is necessary to process your return correctly.
Swissfpvfreestyle will cover the return shipping costs, provided the return is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
