Warranty for electronic components:
SwissFPVFreestyle sells a wide range of electronic components including flight controllers, ESCs (Electronic Speed Controllers), FCs (Flight Controllers), motors and other accessories. These components are critical to the performance and reliability of FPV drones and other electronic devices. As a responsible supplier, SwissFPVFreestyle values transparency and clear communication regarding warranty claims.
Scope and manufacturer information:
The warranty applies to electronic components sold by SwissFPVFreestyle.
SwissFPVFreestyle is not the manufacturer of these components. Therefore, the company does not provide a direct guarantee.
The warranty period depends on the information provided by the respective manufacturer.
The customer must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Exclusion of warranty claims by SwissFPVFreestyle:
SwissFPVFreestyle does not provide any warranty on the electronic components.
Any warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
However, SwissFPVFreestyle is committed to assisting the customer in handling warranty claims by providing information about the manufacturer and contact details.
Legal rights of the end customer:
These warranty conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the end customer.
Regardless of whether a warranty claim event occurs or is asserted, these rights remain in effect.
Warranty for batteries:
NIMH/LIPO batteries are subject to a "functionality guarantee upon delivery" by the battery manufacturer/supplier. Since subsequent handling can no longer be proven and defects are often due to user error, batteries do not guarantee an unlimited service life.
Please take this into account when using it.
Defective delivery and incorrect delivery:
If the goods are delivered defectively at the time of transfer of risk, whether due to a manufacturing defect on the part of SwissFPVFreestyle or a faulty delivery, SwissFPVFreestyle undertakes to deliver a replacement. If the replacement delivery is not successful, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase. The complaint period is 14 days after receipt of the goods and can be made by email to info@swissfpvfreestyle.ch or by post.
